^{1. PROMOTER}

^{1.1 The promoter is Dick Lovett Limited trading as Porsche Centre Bristol of The Copse Frankland Road, Blagrove, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, SN5 8YW (“Promoter”).}

^{2. THE PROMOTION}

^{2.1 The promotion is a prize draw to win: 1 x Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone driving experience for 1 person per winner (the “Prizes”).}

^{2.2 The promotion opens closes at 08:00 on Friday 10th April 2026 (the “Closing Date”).}

^{2.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.}

^{3. ELIGIBILITY}

^{3.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 25 years or over at the time of the experience, excluding:}

    ^{(a) employees of the Promoter and its group companies;}

    ^{(b) employees of Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited, Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone, and/or their associated agencies; and}

    ^{(c) the immediate families (spouse/partner, parents, children, siblings) or household members of any of the above.}

^{3.2 The winners' proof of a full, valid UK driving licence must be presented on the day of the experience. Failure to do so will result in the Prize being forfeited.}

^{3.3 The winners' compliance with any additional eligibility, safety, conduct, and medical/fitness requirements imposed by the Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone (“PEC”) is mandatory. The PEC reserves the right to refuse participation on safety or eligibility grounds.}

^{4. HOW TO ENTER}

^{4.1 To enter, participants must scan the QR code and complete the online form.}

^{4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.}

^{4.3 Entries must be submitted by the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical, network, system or other reasons.}

^{5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION}

^{5.1 The winners' names will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.}

^{5.2 The winners' notification will be sent using the contact details provided on entry by Friday 10 April 2026.}

^{5.3 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner's response is not received within 7 days of first contact (or such other period as the Promoter may specify), the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.}

^{5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.}

^{6. THE PRIZE}

^{6.1 The Prize is 1 x driving experience for 1 person at the Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone, per winner.}

^{6.2 The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.}

^{6.3 Each Prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winners' notification, subject to availability and the PEC’s booking policies. If a Prize is not booked and taken within this period, it will be forfeited.}

^{6.4 The Prize includes only what is expressly stated. Unless otherwise specified, the Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, insurance, or any other expenses incurred by the winners' participation in connection with the Prize.}

^{6.5 The Prize is subject to the PEC’s terms and conditions, rules, and instructions (including safety briefings, behaviour standards, and any requirements relating to footwear/clothing and fitness to drive). The winners' adherence to all such requirements is essential.}

^{7. BOOKING & AVAILABILITY}

^{7.1 The Promoter will provide the winners' instructions on how to claim and book the Prize. Booking is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak dates or certain periods.}

^{7.2 The Prize may not be available on the winners' preferred date. The Promoter and/or PEC are not responsible for any costs incurred due to changes in booking dates or availability.}

^{7.3 If the experience is cancelled or rescheduled due to factors outside the Promoter’s reasonable control (including weather, operational issues, safety considerations, or PEC scheduling), the Promoter and/or PEC will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative date, but no additional compensation will be provided.}

^{8. SAFETY, CONDUCT & FITNESS}

^{8.1 The winners' sobriety is required; they must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair driving ability. The PEC may refuse participation where it has concerns regarding safety or impairment.}

^{8.2 The winners' responsibility is to ensure they are fit, well, and medically able to participate and should follow any medical guidance or restrictions provided by the PEC.}

^{8.3 The PEC reserves the right to refuse or terminate the experience if a winner's behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or otherwise inconsistent with the PEC’s rules and instructions. In such circumstances, the Prize may be forfeited with no compensation.}

^{9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY}

^{9.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.}

^{9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct or indirect) suffered by any participant arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the Prize.}

^{9.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winners' inability to take the Prize is due to failing to meet eligibility criteria or the PEC’s requirements.}

^{10. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)}

^{10.1 The Promoter will process personal data submitted by entrants for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winners, and arranging fulfilment of the Prizes.}

^{10.2 If entrants opt in to receive marketing communications, their data will be used for that purpose in accordance with the privacy policy. Marketing opt-in is not a condition of entry.}

^{10.3 The Promoter may need to share the winners' names and contact details with the PEC and any fulfilment partners solely for the purpose of delivering the Prizes.}

^{11. PUBLICITY}

^{11.1 The Promoter may request (but not require) the winners' participation in reasonable publicity related to the promotion (for example, a photo at handover or a short quote). The winners' refusal will be respected.}

^{12. GENERAL}

^{12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and/or these terms where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or where fraud, abuse, or technical failure compromises the proper operation of the promotion.}

^{12.2 If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.}

^{12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.}
