The awards, presented at BMW Group’s annual Brand and Business Summit in Munich, celebrate excellence across the UK and Ireland retailer network, recognising those who consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
This year, our teams were honoured with the following awards:
• BMW UK Retailer of the Year – Dick Lovett Swindon
• MINI UK Retailer of the Year – Dick Lovett Bristol
• BMW Sales Retailer of the Year – Dick Lovett Swindon
• MINI Marketing Retailer of the Year – Dick Lovett Group
• GKL (BMW Luxury Models) Retailer of the Year – Dick Lovett Bristol
