At the heart of everything we do is our belief in Customer Satisfaction through Staff Satisfaction. We invest in our people, empower them to grow, and create an environment where pride in quality and customer experience comes first.
The Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our Group Marketing team; a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in content, social or marketing support who wants to develop their skills within a premium brand environment.
This role is focused on capturing and editing high-quality content across our dealerships and events, producing assets that bring our brands, people, and customer experiences to life. You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketers, supporting campaigns with strong visual content and helping us learn what performs best across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Creation
You’ll be responsible for capturing engaging content across the Group, including:
- Showroom activity and day-to-day dealership life
- Customer handovers and ownership moments
- Events, launches, and special brand experiences
You’ll then edit and deliver assets that are ready for use across social, web, and campaign activity.
Editing & Asset Delivery
- Edit photography and video using tools such as Adobe, CapCut or native platform tools
- Deliver content aligned to briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign timelines
- Ensure assets are of a standard suitable for premium and luxury automotive brands
Performance & Insight Support
- Review engagement and performance data
- Identify what content resonates best with our audiences
- Share insight with Brand Marketers to help improve future content and campaigns
Collaboration
- Work closely with our Brand Marketers to understand campaign needs
- Communicate proactively to ensure content is captured efficiently and effectively
- Represent the Dick Lovett brand professionally in customer-facing environments
Essential Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is confident, curious, and proud of their work.
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years’ experience in content creation, social media or marketing support
Confident with:
- Photography
- Videography
- Editing tools (Adobe, CapCut, or native platform tools)
- Comfortable working on-site in dealerships and at live events
- Frequent travel across our dealerships and off-site events is required in this role, therefore a full UK Driving Licence is required (a fully expensed pool car will be available)
Your Approach
- High standards and pride in the quality of your output
- Professional, personable, and customer-aware
- Proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Willing to adapt creative style based on performance insight and feedback
How We Measure Success
- Volume and quality of usable content produced
- Assets delivered on time and aligned to briefs
- Reducing needs for re-shoots or rejected content
- Increasing contribution to insight on content performance
Why Join Dick Lovett?
- Work with some of the world’s most desirable automotive brands
- Be part of a supportive, family-run business with strong values
- Develop your skills in a growing, ambitious marketing team
- Gain exposure to a wide range of content, brands, and campaigns
- A role where your work is seen, valued, and makes a real impact

The Farmhouse is situated just off the A4018, easily accessible from Junction 17 of the M5 motorway. Located in-between our Aston Martin and BMW Motorrad buildings, the Farmhouse features modern working offices and also has two boardrooms for important meetings and Group training.
