We have a brilliant opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team in the role of Sales Support. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skillset in a hands-on and exciting role with the prospect of future career progression within the group.
We are looking for someone who can support our Sales team in a range of duties with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
To apply for this role, you must have held a full, clean UK Driving Licence for at least 5 years.
You will be managing our online “shop window” in this role. Taking photos of the cars and telling their unique stories to attract new enquiries. You will be keeping on top of our website adverts and will ensure our listings stand out from the crowd.
The presentation of the showroom is just as important as our online presence, so part of your responsibilities will be to ensure the cars on display are immaculately presented and that the cars going out for handovers are displayed beautifully for customer collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a great customer experience through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins.
- Interact with different departments to deliver a seamless experience.
- Support with practical and administrative tasks as required.
- Develop your knowledge and sales skills of the Aston Martin products and models through brand training and self-lead learning.
- Maintain the high standards of Aston Martin and Dick Lovett group.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably selling products
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- To apply for this role, you must have held a full, clean UK Driving Licence for at least 5 years.
- The successful candidate will need to have the motivation to be successful, the desire to learn and also possess the ability to present themselves in a professional and confident manner.
- A love of cars and motorsport would assist you well in this role where you can develop your knowledge of all things automotive. This will include the vehicles, accessories, prices, and even what competitors are up to, to make sure that you are able to provide the best service to our customers.
