Right from the first initial enquiry, your role will be devoted to guiding our customers through their own personal sales journey. From qualification to a seamless handover, you will be on hand to provide our customers with an unrivalled level of customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Aston Martin, every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.
- Deliver an excellent response to customers that are seeking to purchase their next Aston Martin, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
- Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Aston Martin products and models through brand and group training.
- Maintain the high standards of Aston Martin and Dick Lovett group.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally, we would like to meet with candidates with least two years of experience of being an Automotive Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales.
- We are also open to receiving applications from those outside the industry with extensive sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail or hospitality setting. Applications from outside the industry must be accompanied by a detailed cover letter referencing your transferable skills.
- We are looking for someone who cares about customers and their team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
