We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and successful team at Porsche Centre Swindon as a Porsche Pro.
This position primarily will be responsible for customer handovers, so we are looking for someone who is confident to converse at all levels with customers for this role. As Porsche continues to innovate and technology advances, so too will your role. Having a keen interested in technology and learning new trends in automotive tech will assist you in delivering a first-class experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties involved in this role are:
- You will be responsible for arranging, organising and carrying out the handover of cars with customers, while ensuring they receive a fantastic customer service and exceeding their expectations.
- Supporting the sales team on a day-to-day basis.
- Making sure the showroom is presentable and cars are ready for handovers.
- Talking to the customers about the product. This is where being enthusiastic about cars and wanting to learn all about Porsche models will come in handy!
- Being on hand to answer questions any queries from prospective customers.
- Taking charge of the Masterclass programme which allows customers to come in for a 2nd handover for more information about their car.
