We have an exciting opportunity for a Personalisation Specialist to join our Ferrari dealership in Swindon. In this role, you’ll be the central coordinator of the new‑car customer journey, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, premium experience from enquiry to handover. You’ll support customers and the sales team with expert product knowledge, precise vehicle configuration and exceptional administrative accuracy. Acting as the key link between customers, the sales team, the factory and internal systems, you’ll ensure every order is perfectly managed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through vehicle configuration in the showroom and Atelier, delivering a personalised, luxury experience.
  • Manage all documentation, specifications and communications throughout the customer journey.
  • Finalise and load vehicle specifications into Modis, liaising with the factory on special requests.
  • Oversee order calls, ensuring specifications are complete, approved and submitted on time.
  • Produce accurate pricing using the quote generator and maintain up‑to‑date pricing across systems.
  • Create and manage order forms in Dealerweb, ensuring all supporting documents are complete.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, load deposits and support DVLA registration and invoicing.
  • Check vehicle consignments on arrival and prepare all documentation for handover.
  • Coordinate Atelier operations, appointments and customer experiences.
  • Support demo/stock vehicle specification and assist marketing with renders, events and brand activity.
  • Act as a key liaison across sales, marketing, administration, Ferrari North Europe and the factory.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

You’ll bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational ability and confidence working with both customers and internal teams. You should be comfortable managing multiple systems and deadlines, with solid commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. This role suits someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and delivering a premium customer experience.
