In this influential position, you will nurture long standing relationships, guide customers throughout their ownership experience, and lead targeted prospecting campaigns that support our sales performance.

You will work closely with both Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure every customer receives the attentive, personalised service that defines our family run business and expectations of the JLR brand.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer driven Retention Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover team at Dick Lovett.

In this fast paced and rewarding role, you’ll build strong relationships with our customers, manage our finance retention activity, and create engaging prospecting campaigns that drive renewals and sales opportunities.

You’ll also lead our Service prospecting, connecting with customers ahead of their service visits and offering tailored support during their time with us. Working closely with our Sales and Aftersales teams, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and generating high quality appointments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience within a sales environment and can demonstrate a great customer experience level.

We need a proactive self-starter for this position, who is highly organised and personable to be successful in this role.

If you have a great track record in Sales or transferrable skills of delivering a consistently high level of customer service, this would be a great opportunity to join the team at Dick Lovett.

In 2017, we opened our doors to our first Jaguar Land Rover dealership. With large new and used car showrooms and a drive-in service centre, the facility was created with customers in mind with a warm, modern design, featuring a barista bar and lounge style waiting areas. Along with a 21-bay workshop, we are able to provide a sales and aftersales experience befitting of this fine British marque.

Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is located off the A350, which joins the M4 motorway at Junction 17, and is easily commutable from Chippenham, Bath, Trowbridge, and Westbury.
