The Role

Working as part of our welcoming and supportive team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking their service, repair and MOT appointments. You’ll manage enquiries confidently over the phone and via email, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional and memorable. We are looking for an experienced Bookings Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of the Dick Lovett Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Booking service, MOT and repair appointments for BMW, MINI and Motorrad customers
  • Supporting customers with enquiries and making accurate, well-informed bookings
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey
  • Keeping customer and vehicle records fully up to date
  • Clearly communicating offers and explaining their benefits
  • Following up enquiries with Aftersales departments to ensure a seamless experience Make customer Service, MOT, and repair bookings for BMW Customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in a customer centred role (phone or face-to-face)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • High attention to detail with accurate data processing
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to reliably commute to our office in Bristol
