Deputy Bodyshop Manager
Join our growing team as a Deputy Bodyshop Manager and play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and delivering an excellent team performance.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced automotive professional to support the day to day management of our busy Bodyshop. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Bodyshop Manager, leading technicians, maintaining high quality repair standards, ensure efficient workflow and delivering outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of the Bodyshop Team
- Monitor job progress, productivity and repair quality
- Assist with workload planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and manufacturer standards
- Deliver KPIs for efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience within Bodyshop, accident repair centre or automotive workshops is essential
- Experience of leading a team and great organisational skills
- A proactive approach with a focus on quality and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving license is required
