Every stage of our application process has been carefully selected to ensure that we see every side of the candidate who is applying. You can find out more about our group interview process here. After the group interview, we will invite selected candidates for our technical apprenticeships to join us to experience the workshop environment first hand. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and find out what the role will be like in a real-world setting.
