MINI Proactive Care is all about making your drive smooth and worry-free. By keeping an eye on your car’s health and maintenance early, helping you to avoid disruptions and enjoy every journey to the fullest.

How does MINI Proactive Care work?

Your MINI is equipped with advanced sensors that continuously monitor its condition, detecting any service requirements or potential issues like a breakdown or accident. If something arises, this information is quickly shared with MINI. The team will then proactively contact you through the MINI App, your vehicle’s system, or via email. In critical situations, they will call you to ensure prompt assistance.

What you need.

  • An active MINI account linked to your MINI.  
  • Ensure your MINI is assigned to your MINI ID in the MINI app. 
  • Your personal information, such as your current phone number, email address, and selected MINI Service Partner, registered under your MINI ID. 

To ensure MINI can stay in touch with you, please agree to the Privacy Policy within your vehicle and permit communication from your MINI Service Partner or MINI AG. For added convenience, activate push notifications in the MINI App.
