The recently launched 550e xDrive plug-in hybrid fully supports the marque’s aim of greener travel with a purely electric range of around 56 miles (WLTP). A combustion engine seamlessly combines with the BMW e-Drive motor to deliver 0-62 mph in just 4.3 seconds as well as a capped top speed of 155 mph.

The BMW 530e plug-in hybrid is also an exciting choice, offering a system output of 299PS and 450Nm. Above that is the M60 xDrive. This slashes the 0-62 mph sprint time to just 3.8 seconds and offers up to 315 miles (WLTP) of electric only power.
