Terms & Conditions

• The raffle is open to customers who complete the official BMW customer satisfaction survey sent following your service with Dick Lovett BMW Melksham.
• Only surveys relating to visits at our Melksham service centre qualify.
• Employees of the Centre are not eligible to enter.
• One completed survey equals one entry.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
• One winner will be selected at random each calendar month from all eligible entries received.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided during their service booking.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the raffle at any time without prior notice.
• The Centre's decision regarding any aspect of the raffle is final.
