A New Era for Dick Lovett BMW Bristol Service & Parts

Since opening our doors in May 1997, Dick Lovett BMW Bristol has been a landmark for drivers across the South West.

For nearly three decades, we have shared countless milestones with our customers, from the excitement of first handovers, the handover of the 3,000,000th electrified BMW, to the expert maintenance of your pride and joy.

Now, as BMW steps into a new chapter of its vehicle architecture, it is time for our Service and Parts department to evolve alongside it.

A Temporary New Home For Service & Parts: Moving to ‘The Hangar’

From Monday, 20th April 2026, BMW Bristol Service & Parts will be temporarily relocating to The Hangar, a sophisticated facility located just a short distance from the BMW showroom on our Bristol campus.

While our Service and Parts teams operate from this temporary location, our BMW Sales team will remain in the main showroom, exactly where they are today. We will have a selection of new models on display within The Hangar, along with members of our Sales team on hand to assist with any enquiries you may have.

Your Appointment

If you are visiting us for Service or Parts from Monday, 20th April onwards, please drive to the BMW Bristol site as usual. Once you arrive, simply follow the on-site signage for The Hangar. We have an informative video below to show you where to go and how to navigate our campus to reach The Hangar.

  • Full Service Capabilities: A new workshop that is fully operational to look after your current vehicle's needs.
  • Genuine BMW Parts & Accessories: Our full range of parts and lifestyle collections will be available on-site.
  • Luxury Customer Lounge: Enjoy a coffee and stay connected in our comfortable lounge area while you are with us.
  • Convenience: Dedicated customer parking and on-site EV charging points.

This move is a vital step in our commitment to the future of driving. While we transition to The Hangar, our existing workshop and parts facilities are undergoing a comprehensive, state-of-the-art renovation. These upgrades are designed to support the next generation of BMW innovation, the "Neue Klasse."

This transformation ensures our facilities are fully equipped to specialist standards for the upcoming release of the highly anticipated new BMW i3 Saloon and the all-new iX3. This cutting-edge upgrade ensures our campus remains at the absolute forefront of BMW electric vehicle technology.

Relocating to The Hangar temporarily allows us to build a Service & Parts department that matches the spirit of the Neue Klasse: bold, modern, and circular. We are incredibly excited to share this journey with you and to provide a future-proof home for the next generation of BMW models.

We appreciate your understanding while this work takes place and look forward to welcoming you to The Hangar during this period. As always, our team will be on hand to assist you and ensure your visit runs smoothly. If you have any questions regarding an upcoming appointment or the relocation, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
