Used Aston Martin V8 Vantage For Sale

The Vantage was originally offered to market in 1993 as the ultimate embodiment of Aston Martin’s spirit – craftsmanship, luxury and power.

The Vantage was made throughout the remainder of the 1990s standing as the ultimate “super coupe” and as also one of the most expensive cars in the world at the time, as well as one of the most powerful – in fact at its launch it was the most powerful production car on the market with 550bhp from its twin-supercharged V8 engine. However in 1998 the car went through an evolution from the Vantage into the Vantage V600 differentiating itself from the earlier car with a boost of power up to 600bhp which at the time was a phenomenal amount of power, henceforth the V600 was the ultimate variant of these Vantage models with the earlier cars now being known as “V550”. The car finished production in the year 2000 with a run-out special of 40 LeMans variants to pay an anniversary tribute to the 1959 LeMans victory Aston Martin had 40 years prior.

Only 239 examples of the entire Vantage product line were ever produced in that 7-year period and this example we offer for sale is one the last cars to be built being a 1999 example finished with the later styling cues from that year including revised door mirrors and handles, as well as the “LeMans” style lightweight magnesium Dymag wheels with hollow spokes. It is also one of only 9 examples that left the factory in full V600 specification whereas almost all the V600 examples in the world today were produced originally as V550 Vantages, and then later upgraded to V600 specification.

The car is finished in traditional British Racing Green with a Tan leather interior and has covered less than 30,000 miles since new with a fantastic history folder with service records and receipts throughout.
