Destination Celebration – The official launch of Porsche Centre Newport

Posted 24th June 2024

Destination Celebration – The official launch of Porsche Centre Newport

On the evening of Thursday 20^th June, we were delighted to host over 450 guests at our ‘Destination Celebration’ event to mark the official launch of Porsche Centre Newport.

We kicked off the evening with celebratory bubbles, luxurious cocktails, and delectable gourmet canapés. Our guests were then treated to speeches from Stephen Cooper, our Centre Principal at Newport, then Rebecca Maloney our Property Director, who project-managed the build from start to finish, as well as Porsche Cars Great Britain CEO, Krishan Bodhani, who presented Stephen with a gift from Porsche AG to commemorate the opening of our new Destination Centre.

We were then treated to a live performance by Lisa Canny, the award-winning songwriter and performer, who treated us to a real show with her inspiring performance on the harp. This was then followed by former Wales and British & Irish Lions Rugby star, Josh Navidi, on the DJ decks keeping the music flowing throughout the evening.

Thank you once again to all of our guests who joined us for what was a memorable evening.
